This extension allows for 1D or 2D convolution kernels to be defined and applied to a source image.

• Convolutions can be used in a number of common imaging operations such as blurring, edge detection and image enhancement.
  
  
• Post convolution scale/bias available.
  
  
• General as well as separable convolutions can be defined. Up to 7x7 convolution supported on IMPACT.
  
  
• Tuning Tip:
  Use separable convolutions when possible for better performance.
